Job Description
We are looking for suitable and qualified candidate for the following position:
FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities
- To assist unit head in the supervision, monitoring and coordination all activities
period (DLP)
- As a liaison person for department with main contractor and users.
- To prepare daily routine maintenance report of activities.
- To compile all maintenance record and filling in proper order.
- To compile work orders and maintenance report for preparation KPI report.
- Responsible for monitoring installation, testing & commissioning of new equipment.
- Responsible to ensure the electrical/mechanical equipment functioning as required
- Responsible to ensure all compliance with all relevant authorities and quality
Requirements
- Diploma in any Engineering disciplinaries or any related field.
- Experience at least 5 years working in related filed (Building Electrical/ Mechanical
