About our group:Facilities Department under operation team has a strong team to support overall facilities equipment 24 hours in shift pattern. Each shift consists of 3 technicians are expected to have multiple skill and general knowledge to contain and rectify related fault or defects identified/complaint.About the role - you will:

• Manage the Facilities Control Center (FCC) by monitoring all equipment health condition and operation using an advance monitoring system SCADA/FMS
• Operate and support the plant wide facilities system in shift working hours
• Handle Quick response with facility equipment failure & downtime in timely manner. First level of troubleshooting on basic mechanical, electrical and piping
• Perform continuous monitoring via Facility Monitoring System (FMS)
• Support In-house Inspection Testing and Maintenance program when required
• Support others miscellaneous request when required related to Facilities scope of work
• Be responsible for routine task at site visual inspection and data collection on facilities related equipment
• Supervise repair work by inhouse or external contractor when required, ensuring the workers performing work in safe manner and complete the assign work
• Performing basic repair & maintenance works for motors, air conditioning system, kitchen equipment, electrical and plumbing works
• Escalate matters to immediate Supervisor, Engineer, Facility Manager & Facility Director when required

About you:

• Good communication skills and able to convey good public relation with other department to help smoothen the communication during emergency and critical situation involving production downtime
• Basic computer skills on Office Software and basic writing skill for reporting purposes
• Fluent in written and verbal English is an advantage
• Fit and familiar with safety requirement at high risk workplace. The coverage of Facilities consists of plant wide area and requires fit and healthy condition to be able to respond when needed
