Facilities Technician

Job Description
- Inspect factory facilities on daily basis
- Perform service maintenance & repair on equipment facilities and accessories
- Maintain high efficiency and cleanliness of machines
- Ensure good housekeeping and practices safety at workplace
- Responsible for the facilities management and operational activities;
- Devise and implement effective program to ensure optimal building's operations including cold room/facility equipment's performance (preventive maintenance programs, service agreement with external service providers etc.);
- Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the building, cold room and ensures all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal disruption and inconvenience;
- Ensure all areas of the facility in the building comply with local regulation by conducting appropriate risk assessment and safety awareness;
- Manage coordination of outsource contractors for Cleaning, Security, Pest Control and Waste Management; . Involve in the building's environmental, health and safety matters;
- To attend to tenant's complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
- To carry out basic maintenance works within the building;
- Any other ad-hoc works/projects assigned.
