Job Description

Position: Facilities Technician

Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable subject to performance)

Salary: Open for negotiation

Location: PD

Working hours: Normal working hours

Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, and related issues in refinery building offices (including but not limited to NOB, Lab, Maintenance & Warehouse, Control Room, Security Offices, OAB, Canteen, Daelim, and Sport Complex). Maintain client assets through Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules. Prepare monthly PPM reports and other related maintenance reports. Update client assets in the database regularly and label them for easy tracking. Repair or troubleshoot any defects as they arise. Ensure Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument assets/materials are in order and traceable. Record and report all inventory of incoming and outgoing M&E spare parts and consumables. Conduct daily office floor check-ups. Escort, supervise, and manage vendors. Perform any other duties as instructed by the Facilities Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Possess a

PW4 Certificate

. 5-7 years of working experience in facilities maintenance, handyman services, or a related field. Technical skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and carpentry. Knowledge and hands-on experience in air-conditioning maintenance and repair (if applicable). Proven ability to use hand tools, power tools, and carry out routine maintenance tasks. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Malay and English. Possess valid

CIDB

and

OGSP

certifications.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
