Job Description

1) To be aggressively and sincere, Monitor all the vendors activities and update,2) Daily Proactive audits at site, finding any things that abnormal condition and update3) Check Vendors documentation and permit to work on site4) Attend Mechanical & Electrical QAQC on site with third parties QAQC.5) Collaborate with vendors on Pre and Post inspection and update .6) Assist cleaning team to clean facilities in Clean room7) Self driven, work done without been told and support on shutdown activities.8) Work Progress Review Board (WPRB), Attending meeting and updating vendors daily activities.9) Assist Manager to collect data for daily and monthly reports10) Open tickets for abnormal findings, and follow up.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, George Town, MalaysiaJLL Privacy NoticeJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
