We are looking for : Facilities Technician (Shift) Location: Kulim, Kedah Working Hours: Shift Rotation (4days working 2 days off) What this job Involves To ensure Facilities System including Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Oil Free Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Vacuum, Process Exhaust, HVAC, FLSS and other downstream distribution system reliability in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, safety and system requirements. Responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability. Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance. Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading. Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations. Interface directly with clients to identify and analyse critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process. Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Support initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses. Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily Shift Ops Report, Weekly MRM Report, Monthly Report, Risk Assessment, BAR, Maximo PM Closure and other imperative updates. Possess at least 1 years of working experience. Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Good written and oral communication skills deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.
