Jobs Descriptions:

Routine checks of plant facilities to examine their condition and determine whether repairs are necessary. Increase machine utilization while minimizing downtime to reach optimum productivity. Optimize machine performance and ensuring smooth and efficiently operation. Ensure operation, machine and surrounding safety. Coordinating all the installation, maintenance, setting up and repair work. Perform preventive maintenance. Determine the production issue (machinery) and provide suggestions or improvement plans to management. Complete maintenance tasks, when necessary, with proper arrangement and guidance given. Overseeing the operation, monitoring and maintenance of assigned facilities and related systems to include: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), Plumbing and Electrical Systems. Overseeing and arranging the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects. Managing facilities service requests and ensuring they are completed within deadlines and food safety & quality standards. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels and across cultures. Strong understanding and knowledge of safety protocol. Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-tasking, and problem-solving. Applicants must be willing to work in Seberang Perai Tengah.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
