Melexis is Develop and implement Security, environmental, safety and health (ESHS) practices to ensure alignment to Melexis Policies, Local/international standard and responsible for overseeing the activities of the security which provides safety and security for all staff, tenants and visitors and assets of the company

More specifically, you will

• Contribute to the establishing, document, implementation, maintaining and continually improve country level Security & HSE Management System
• Develop and implement short terms and long terms EHSS policy and management system, programs and procedures.
• Monitor and guide risk owners to ensure site and daily work/task compliance to company, legislation, standard, best practice and relevant authorities\' rules and regulations.
• Track, monitor and consolidate sites Security & EHS performance, programs on periodical basis, prepare HSE reports, regulatory and associated submission.
• Coordinate, organize, develop and conduct Security & EHS awareness campaign and training(s) for site and country level.
• Provide technical support and guide risk owners in conducting Security and ESH risk assessment and mitigation, workplace inspection, emergency response, accident/incident investigation and reporting, managing EHS change management and addressing/closing audit findings.
• Coordinate and work with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies in adhering to their requirements and complying with its laws and regulations.
• To develop and enhance safety and security strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures and system.

• Certifications/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in the relevant area
• To assist on new building compliance with authorities especially on equipment registration and immediate safety requirements be set in place accordance to local authority requirements
• To engage with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and other relevant authorities on requirements or exemptions.
• To ensure no ESHS policies and related requirements are met
• To involve in safety and security system setup on site

• Fluent in local language and English
• Green book or yellow book holder is a plus
