Job Position \xe2\x80\x93 FACILITY ENGINEER PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING ( JOHOR BAHRU )

• Work with technician or handyman to facility maintenance.
• Responsible for the day-to-day facility operation & maintenance to ensure smooth manufacturing operation.
• Generate monthly report for utilities and maintenance improvements.
• Manage and monitor facility maintenance budget.
• Lead and coordinate with consultants, main contractors and sub- contractors for M&E works procedures of the assigned projects and all related to project management.
• Monitor and track the master and detailed work program in order to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
• Monitor M&E work progress, drawing status, catalogues and sample approval status. Participate in site meetings, reviews inspection schedules and complete inspection checklists.
• Any other adhoc task which require time by time

Requirement

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently (oral & written).
• Required skill: Microsoft
• Knowledge: Responsible for the day-to-day facility operation & maintenance to ensure smooth manufacturing operation.
• Superior operational knowledge of heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems (single phase, 3 phase)
• Ability to read and interpret government regulations and technical procedures.
• knowledge and experience in managing M&E works in handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
• Knowledge and experience in ISO, MSQH and JCI will be an advantage.

Working Environment/ Physical Activities

• Office environment and onsite entire factory premises
• Travel is required (For supplier or local authority visits)
