• Lead the development, establishment and optimisation of Mechanical & Electrical Standards, Guidelines and Tehnical specifications of Telecommunications and IT related network/service facilities and infrastructure.
• Implement network facilities projects to meet current operational needs.
• Support for:

• Primary and secondary power system (incoming AC, DC source, genset, regulator etc)
• Environmental/room temperature, humidity conditioning and fire-fighting alarm (air-conditioning sytem, chiller system, heat management, smoke sensor)
• Equipment space and ancillaries fitting
• Primary point of contact for M&E facility operations, planning, design, implementation and overseeing tasks like capacity management, budget planning and escalation of preventive maintenance issues.
• Collaborate across various departments to provide experties on facility assessments, infrastructure proposals.
• Ensure site design is robust through instilling System Stability, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery planning
• Involved with continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and reduced CAPEX/OPEX through facilities optimisation.

Job Requirements

• At least tertiary level qualifaction in Engineering, Technology, IT, Computer Science, Management or extensive relevant experience
• Experienced in providing detailed design for Data Center M&E facilities
• Demonstrates leadership qualities like taking initiative.
• Good knowledge on facilities system operation and maintenance, exposure to cloud services will be an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications from a recognised body is an added advantage.
