Key requirements include:

\xc2\xb7 Make sure works in facility and utility are done in a safe and effective manner.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure environmental and health regulations are being met in all facility and utility grounds and works.
\xc2\xb7 Pinpoint improvements to be made on facility and utility to have better outcomes for the plant.
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
\xc2\xb7 More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facility management in a manufacturing plant.
\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
