- professional/ technicial certificate, Diploma in Vocational/ Higher Mechanical/ property management or equivalent certification
- at least 2-3 years experiences in coordinating building's repair/ maintenance/ renovation/ construction or relevant works
- good proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
- strong communication skill in both verbal and written
- possess good technical knowledge and problem solving skills
- maintain and monitor maintenance deadlines as per the work schedule
- coordinate all works on sites
- need to work closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing and quality objectives
