Professional Technical Certificate or Diploma in Vocational, Higher Mechanical, Property Management, or related certification.
At least 3 years of experience in coordinating building, structural maintenance, renovation, construction, or a related network/IT field.
Good proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Strong documentation skills to build and maintain standards.
Pleasing personality with good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor maintenance decisions as per the work schedule.
Prepare and develop relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, cost, and quality objectives.
Carry out site inspections.
Ensure building maintenance work is completed within timelines and budget.
Ensure documentation is properly reviewed.
Attend site meetings.
Attend to client job development requests.
Coordinate with the team for job orders and request follow-up.
Assess procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Handle plans and drawings related to maintenance work.
