Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Perform internal and outdoor building maintenance including hostel maintenance job when neccessary.

- Keep the places where maintenance work is being done clean and safe.

-Work with third-party contractors who provide maintenance services.

-Assist contractors working on approved projects for building maintenance and modification.

-Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.

-Responsible for the completion of all scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance & services.

- Conduct routine maintenance as specified by various maintenance procedures.

- Conduct routine inspection of building and make necessary repairs to maintain the building quality.

-To be part of safety community and Fire Squad.

-Has to primary function of ensuring that equipment downtime is kept to a minimum.

-Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities equipment, air conditional system, Firefighting System, Air Compressor and Power supply system.

- Will work from rough sketches and drawings.

- Communicates any concerns about the work process regarding environmental impact, health or safety issues to their manager.

- Responsible for idenfifying, sourcing and replenishment of all equipment spares.

- Take responsibility for preventative maintenance procedures with an assigned process or area.

-Delegate responsibilities, specific tasks, or duties to subordinate and make sure them complete the task well.

- Got working experience for wiring, electrical process and other related job for facilities technician.

Requirements:

- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Engineering Electrical / Mechanical.

- Skills: Troubleshooting, problem solving, leadership, good communication with team.

- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

- Performs other duties as assigned and to ensure task assigned to be completed efficiently.

-To be willing to work on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays as and when required only.

-To be properly and neatly attired at all times.

- Can able to work immediately without serve notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
