• Certification in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical) is a plus.

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of facility systems.
