Manage project schedule and material purchase related to assigned project.
Communicate and coordinate with clients to execute project as per schedule and comply to client
regulations.
Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
Conduct facilities maintenance task for client office as per contract including regular inspections of
facilities (such as aircondition, electrical, daily supplies, etc)
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.
Working together with Management to find solutions for client's requirement
Attend client visit, tender briefing and site visit as required
Requirements :
1. Mempunyai degree (Mechanical Engineer) dengan jawatan di atas
2. Untuk FMI sekurang-kurangnya berpengalaman 3 tahun
3. Process own transport
4. Integrity
5.Good communication skills and able to manage customer's expectation
