Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of waste water, HVAC, and gas systems within the plant, including SOP development, project evaluations, inventory management. Facility Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all facilities, including preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs. Overall Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of all plant equipment, facilities, and utilities. Implement energy-saving measures and ensure sustainability targets are met. Ensure the safe operation of equipment and manage equipment safety protocols. Supervise equipment management processes and ensure optimal performance. Handle additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, HVAC, or related science and engineering fields. Strong familiarity with the principles and maintenance of clean rooms, chillers, air compressors, vacuum systems, boilers, pure water systems, cooling water circulation, etc. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant operations and maintenance management. Solid understanding of mechanical principles, design and drawing software, electrical technology, and industrial HVAC systems. Strong skills in SOP development, project evaluation, and inventory management. Proficient in using office software and CAD drawing tools, with the ability to complete general design modifications. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a facility setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
