Facility Manager cum BO Chargeman (33KV)Strong communication skills to address site leadership queries and responses.Able to lead a team of Hard and soft services personals to take care of client\xe2\x80\x99s factory like a building management concept.Responsible to attend and complete the service request assigned and provide coordination/monitoring work to related maintenance work or project. Additional task based on specific skills.Must have 33KV Chargeman BO Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work/SLA\xe2\x80\x99s/KPI\xe2\x80\x99s as defined in the Master Agreement.Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.Review and spot-check to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished/stocked to operate to maximum efficiency.HSE ManagementTo ensure the site provision of safe working environment and compliance to HSE standards.Competent in under taking Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)Work closely with HSE Executive in overall planning, executing and delivering HSE procedures to all activities at site.Ensure that an effective Work Order system is maintained for rectification of any defective items/services & ensure that these are addressed in a timely mannerAssist superior to ensure smooth running of meetings & events at the site.Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situationsProvide backup support for the superior in times of absence.Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and/or enhance working environment performanceClearly document & communicate all client expectations to the balance of the FM teamWork collaboratively with facilities team colleagues both within the account & in the wider JLL networkProvide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the superior on a needs basis.Uninterrupted site operations100% compliance of site to key client and JLL auditsMeet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targetsContinuously improving service and train technical teamVendor ManagementQualifications and Ideal ExperiencesDiploma or Degree in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, engineering or critical environment space.Having BO - 33KV Chargeman Certificate.3 - 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III orequivalent data centre or critical facility.Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client and vendor staff.Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives, client relationship and preparation ofHands-on experiences and knowledge in M&E and building related systems, eg CRAU, chillers,PDU, UPS, Switch Gears Ops, DX cooling, Network structure cabling, SecurityLead major DC activities during non-office hours where appropriate.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Penang, MalaysiaJLL Privacy NoticeJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
