Job Description


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The position is responsible for strategizing, completing, and overseeing operation, standard operation procedure includingImplementing a predictive, reactive, or preventive maintenance procedure and contracts and providers for services the Security,maintenance, enhancements, and development of Management, Hard and Soft Services i.e Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural& Architectural systems, not limited to plumbing, electrical, security, telecommunications, landscaping, Cleaning, lighting, firesafety, digital recording, CCTV\xe2\x80\x99s and irrigation system. Prepare and oversea operation and Standard operation procedure includingImplementing a predictive, reactive, or preventive maintenance procedure for assets/facilities assigned by SVP FacilityManagement.

  • Manage outsource contracts and providers for services including security, pest control, lift, firefighting, cleaning, technology
and etc
  • Prepare budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Prepare operation manual and Standard operation procedure including Implementing a predictive, reactive, or preventive
maintenance procedure.
  • Client and stakeholder management including the establishment of a Facility Management System and Apps
  • Energy saving ESG/SDG management.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field;
  • Ability to analyze data and information derived from data collection as well as excellence in presentation skills and
communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Property Management & Facilities Management with 10 years in a managerial role
Required Skills/ Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze and understand research and to identify relevant and valuable information.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals.
  • Property & Facility Management Contract and Vendor Management
  • Business Development & Stakeholder management
  • Property Management Operation manual and SOP
  • Strong Project and Facilities Management skills
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Organize, time management, prioritizing and ability to handle a complex and varied workload
  • Strong organization skills with attention to details & Document Management
