Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, mechanical-electrical or automation;
2. More than three years of equipment-related management experience in a mechanical manufacturing factory, and more than five years of equipment management experience;
3. Master the knowledge of equipment management and operation management, have a comprehensive understanding and experience accumulation of modern enterprise management models;
4. Understand the requirements for planning, updating and maintenance of the maintenance three-level management system;
Understand PLC programming is preferred;
Understand hydraulic knowledge is preferred;
5. Have the ability to organize, coordinate and communicate, have a spirit of unity and cooperation, have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure the effective implementation of various management regulations, rules, or notifications issued by the company's management team among front-line employees;
2. New equipment management. Responsible for the review of new equipment plans, factory acceptance, cooperation in construction and construction supervision, completion acceptance, and documentation archiving;
3. Existing equipment management. Responsible for the daily inspection of equipment; arrange equipment maintenance and repair work, and conduct supervision and inspection; promptly solve equipment failures and restore equipment usage; based on equipment usage and condition, organize the formulation of equipment maintenance, major repair, and holiday maintenance plans, and supervise their implementation and coordinate the completion of special equipment inspection work. Improve the company's three-level maintenance management system, and be responsible for the results;
4. Establishment and management of spare parts and components warehouse;
5. Supervise the daily maintenance effect of the production department, and continuously improve together with the production supervisor;
6. Organize the formulation of equipment management systems, record maintenance, and other system-required work;
7. Continuous improvement of equipment to enhance efficiency, ensure safety, and reduce the probability of equipment failures;
8. Energy management. Organize the maintenance of internal energy and power facilities of the company to ensure safe operation; control energy consumption;
9. Personnel management. Responsible for the training of affiliated personnel, attendance arrangement, verification of work quality and progress;
10. Other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
