Existing equipment management. Responsible for the daily inspection of equipment; arrange equipment maintenance and repair work, and conduct supervision and inspection; promptly solve equipment failures and restore equipment usage; based on equipment usage and condition, organize the formulation of equipment maintenance, major repair, and holiday maintenance plans, and supervise their implementation and coordinate the completion of special equipment inspection work. Improve the company's three-level maintenance management system, and be responsible for the results; 4. Establishment and management of spare parts and components warehouse; 5. Supervise the daily maintenance effect of the production department, and continuously improve together with the production supervisor; 6. Organize the formulation of equipment management systems, record maintenance, and other system-required work; 7. Continuous improvement of equipment to enhance efficiency, ensure safety, and reduce the probability of equipment failures; 8. Energy management. Organize the maintenance of internal energy and power facilities of the company to ensure safe operation; control energy consumption; 9. Personnel management.
