Job Description
Building maintenance and operations
: Overseeing the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of building systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This also includes managing cleaning services, security, and other support services.Project management
: Planning and supervising projects such as refurbishments, renovations, and office moves.Vendor and contractor management
: Hiring, supervising, and managing external contractors and vendors for various services, from repairs to cleaning.Staff management
: Hiring, training, and supervising on-site facilities staff, such as custodians, technicians, and groundskeepers.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
