Job Description
To be based in Bayan Lepas.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Trending & tracking of daily power & water consumption. Register to Suruhanjaya Tenaga as Competent person for the company. Attend to all power and machines failure / short / trip / & rectify. Ensure new electrical installation are safe, correct, and legal. Create Contingency plan for major fault & temporary usage for electrical system. Periodic inspection / maintenance of Fire Fighting system. Scheduling for Overhead Crane servicing and application of licensed renewal. Liaise with authorities such as Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Safety & Health (DOE), Jabatan Bekalan Electrik dan Gas (JBE-G), Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP), Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Indah Water Konsortium (IWK), & BOMBA and reporting of require. Maintain DOE & DOSH file, Waste Store, TNB, PBA Log Book. Liaise & participate on site EHS committee. Supervising housekeeping & landscaping.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering with BO Chargeman Certificate. At least 5 years working experience in Facilities field

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
