The primary function of this role is to assist the Head of Facility and Security with various tasks related to building maintenance, security operations, and facility management. This includes supporting documentation, audits, and regular monitoring of facility systems and safety protocols.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in managing facility maintenance documentation and audits as needed.
Organize teams to address unresolved complaints or repair issues.
Conduct daily monitoring and surveillance of facility systems, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in collaboration with the team, vendors, and cleaning staff.
Report any abnormalities in facility systems to the management team.
Follow instructions from the facility management and act accordingly.
Diagnose and repair lighting, HVAC, air conditioning units, electrical circuits (1-phase and 3-phase), plumbing, and other civil works, including SIPASS management.
Submit reports on pending complaints and the status of building systems such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and air systems.
Perform other tasks as directed by the superior.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PPM) as per established schedules.
Respond to work instructions from clients based on facility needs.
Conduct regular inspections of facility systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
Manage ad-hoc tasks such as pass issuance, ID creation, stationery requests, pantry supplies, and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Professional Skills:
Essential:
A diploma or higher qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
3 years above
experience in a facilities management or maintenance role within an office or manufacturing environment.
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Workspace, as well as familiarity with circuit diagnostic tools and LAN cables.
Desirable:
Background in security or military personnel would be advantageous.
Knowledge of regulatory bodies and standards related to fire, security, and safety.
