Deine Aufgaben
- Responsible to carried out daily round, read and record facilities equipment data, ability to detect facility system and equipment abnormality, ability to troubleshoot, adjust and normalise operating system.
- Responsible to record facility media dialy consumption such as electricity, water, CDA, N2, DI water consumption.
- Responsible to record and verify monthy utilities consumption and charges.
- Responsible to supervise the cleaning and housekeeping activities within the building area, lab accroding to schedule and frequency.
- Responsible to assist engineer to plan and carried out the change over facility operation equipment such as chiller, pump, exhaust fan as per schedule.
- Responsible to coordinate with water treatment vendor and perform blow down cooling tower water and flush slug from cooling tower to maintain condenser water quality.
- Responsible and ability to plan and carried out facility equipment preventive maintenance for fan coil unit, Pumps and exhaust fan.
- Responsible to start, stop LOTO equipment for vendor maintenance activities. Supervise and buy-off work perform by vendor.
- Coordinate with owner for equipment borrowing, change over / cross over and supervise vendor to carried out single tool/equipment maintenance such as chiller and cooling tower. Monitor both ams Osram and landlord system condition while vendor carried out maintenance.
- Responsible to coordinate, communicate with landlord and supervise every fire alarm maintenance and testing activities.
- Responsible to assist system enginner to carried out fire extinguisher checking, replenish and replacement activities.
- Responsible to coordinate, communicate with landlord and supervise pest control activities.
- Responsible to escalate, commuinicate and reinstate electrical power and facility equipment whenever power quality event.
- Responsible to escalate, communicate coordinate and arrange for faulty repair activities such as pipe leakage, equipment breakdown and etc.
- Responsible to assist project team and owner in hook-up / de-hook-up machine activities such as supervise cable and piping installation, testing and commissioning the installation, energize and isolate electrical power to machine, enenrgize and isolate media supply (CDA,N2, PCW, RODI, Vac, exhaust and etc.) to machine and LOTO.
Wen wir suchen
- Diploma in Engineering.
- Possessed knowledge and experience in facility system operation.
- Possessed knowledge and experience of electrical and mechanical system.
- Possessed knowledge, experience and familiar with Factories And Machinery Act 1967 (Act 139) and Occupational Safety And Health Act 1994 (Act 514).
- Possessed knowledge, experience and familiar with Electricity Supply Act 1990 (Act 447), Electricity Supply (Successor Company) Act 1990 (Act 448) amp; Regulations.
- To be familiar and understand Heating, Ventilation amp; Air-Conditioning (HVAC) in the areas of:operation and control of air systems; andoperation and control of chilled water systems and equipment such as chiller, pumps, cooling tower and water treatment.
- To be familiar and understand Compressed Dry Air (CDA) system operation and control, air compressor and dryer operation and control.
- To be familiar and understand Vacuum system and equipment operation and control.
- To be familiar and understand Exhaust system operation and control.
- To be familiar and undertsand Cleanroom operation and control.
- To be familiar and undertsand RODI system operation and control.
- Ability to work with a group of engineers and technicians for safe and uninteruptible facilities system.
- Ability to carried out the job assign indipendently or minimal supervision and complete the job assign on time.
