Attend to BUs\xe2\x80\x99 requests, coordinate, troubleshoot, follow up till closure with internal and external parties on:-
- Facility related services \xe2\x80\x93 furniture, leased machine, fixed asset disposal/ transfer
- Office access via the card access system
- Holiday bungalows \xe2\x80\x93 process applications, coordinate with caretakers on check-in/out and purchases, expense reimbursement
- Staff carpark \xe2\x80\x93 collection of payment, process invoices
- Bank cars \xe2\x80\x93 insurance and road tax renewal
Compliance \xe2\x80\x93 assist department compliance officer on compliance-related tasks
Able to contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and improve service \xe2\x80\x93 active participation in department process improvement
Other department roles and administrative tasks assigned
Qualifications
Willing to learn, on-the-job training is provided
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of various levels

Detailed with paperwork and with follow ups till closure
