Job Description


  • Attend to BUs\xe2\x80\x99 requests, coordinate, troubleshoot, follow up till closure with internal and external parties on:-
- Facility related services \xe2\x80\x93 furniture, leased machine, fixed asset disposal/ transfer

- Office access via the card access system

- Holiday bungalows \xe2\x80\x93 process applications, coordinate with caretakers on check-in/out and purchases, expense reimbursement

- Staff carpark \xe2\x80\x93 collection of payment, process invoices

- Bank cars \xe2\x80\x93 insurance and road tax renewal
  • Compliance \xe2\x80\x93 assist department compliance officer on compliance-related tasks
  • Able to contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and improve service \xe2\x80\x93 active participation in department process improvement
  • Other department roles and administrative tasks assigned
Qualifications
  • Willing to learn, on-the-job training is provided
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of various levels
  • Having a Quality & Service Excellence mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve
  • Detailed with paperwork and with follow ups till closure
  • Unafraid to independently handle unfamiliar tasks
  • Resourceful at seeking solutions
  • Can work with minimal supervision and able to meet deadlines
