Job Description

Responsibilities

To execute preventive maintenance schedule for air Cond, air compressor, fire-fighting, sanitary equipment, plumbing, carpentry, and other facilities tasks. Upkeep of maintenance system, procedures, pratices, report and standards. Check hazardous waste prior to transport to licences contractor. To minimizing waste and handling according to related working instructions. To troubleshoot electrical control panel for air-Cond and DB's. To take the meter reading of measuring instrument and indicator. To undertake any repair, alterations, extensions, dismantling and reaction of any installation. To carry out work in connection of wiring and operations of installing equipment. Frequently check and clean equipment's and apparatus. Inspection of electrical wiring installations. To arrange contractors for preventive maintenance contract and inspection of contract done. To undertake any duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors and the management. To check and take remedial action of equipment malfunction. To submit reports to superior whenever problem arise.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledge in installation single and three-phase wiring. Knowledge in troubleshooting electrical equipment, repair mechanical equipment, translation schematic circuit motor and electric and maintenance in wiring electrical.
