Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of all facility-related systems, equipment, and infrastructure to support daily plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical). Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of facility equipment and utilities. Support facility improvement projects, equipment installation, and layout changes. Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including fire protection and emergency equipment. Respond to facility-related issues and breakdowns in a timely manner. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures. Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and equipment status. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams when required.

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Maintenance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility or building maintenance (manufacturing environment an added advantage). Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Able to read technical drawings and manuals. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Willing to work overtime, shift, or on-call when required.
