Key Responsibilities

• To adhere to all in-house GMP and safety rules. Any kind of abnormalities / accidents must be reported to Facility Chargeman immediately.
• To plan and perform jobs assigned on daily basis by Facility Chargeman.
• To perform troubleshooting and repairing for any breakdown happens in the normal shifts.
• To perform and engage on contractor on activity carried out by external party.
• To carry out PM related to all AHU/ Split Unit based on schedule.
• To perform, carry out and record monthly Roof Inspection and also Exist Door Inspection.
• To record and update all the spare parts used in every day accordingly.
• To maintain the cleanliness of workshop and also Facility Store.
• To carry out Non- Production Control Panel monthly inspection and cleaning.
• Other jobs assigned on day to day basis by Maintenance Executive for productivity improvement.
• Right first time: To continuously strive for 100% Right First Time through the reduction of scrap and rework and the optimisation of the production process
• Training: Committed to company training.
• Communication: To pass down the information from superior to down line or relevant parties and to bring up important matters to the superior.
• Continuous Improvement: To participate in continuous improvement activities as necessary.
• Quality: To ensure all works are done correctly, clear and good presentation
• Health & Safety: To ensure health and safety is taken care at all the times.
• Customer (Internal / External): To understand the customer and consumer needs
• To perform any task assign by the superior from time to time

• Preferable Malaysian Certificate of Excellence (SKM) or Malaysian vocational certificate in Electrical Technology or Building Construction Technology or equivalent
• Certification for Competency of Wireman with testing endorsement (PW2 / PW4)
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in similar job functions
• Computer literate - familiar with MS Excel, MS Words and MS power
• Must have a good knowledge & understanding maintain and repairing electrical equipment
• Able to execute and monitor daily preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Good technical skill
• Good initiative and results oriented;
• A team player with high commitment and able to perform under pressure
• Dynamic, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Should be comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components
