Job Description

s :

1. Landscape & External Area Maintenance

Water plants, apply fertilizers, and upkeep external landscaping. Cut grass and maintain overall cleanliness of outdoor areas.

2. Lighting Maintenance

Replace lighting tubes and assist with minor lighting troubleshooting.

3. Plumbing & Sanitary Repairs

Repair or replace toilet accessories. Change water taps, hand bidets, and flexible hose pipes. Perform basic unclogging of toilets and sinks.

4. Door & Hardware Repairs

Repair door knobs, door hinges, and other minor door-related issues.

5. Wall & Surface Repair Works

Paint dirty or stained wall areas. Perform cement patching and repair cracked or damaged walls.

6. Basic Electrical Support

Assist with resetting minor power trips in warehouse and office areas. Report electrical faults for further action by certified personnel.

7. ACMV & Ventilation Support (Ad-Hoc)

Clean ACMV filters when excessively dirty before contractor servicing.

8. General Repair & Support Tasks

Replace and repair broken flag pole ropes. Repair items at the main security building, swing grill doors, and auto gate barriers.

9. Auto Door System Check

Inspect and report issues related to lobby auto glass doors.

10. Other Ad-Hoc Maintenance Tasks

Carry out additional duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.

Job requirements :

Minimum SPM or SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) Level 2 or Level 3 in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Maintenance (preferred).o Wireman PW2 is an added advantage (optional but valuable). Fresh graduates with SKM may also be considered. At least 1-2 years experience in building maintenance, facility operations, retail/warehouse maintenance or M&E support. Basic electrical troubleshooting (lights, power trips, sockets). Air-conditioning basic service (filter cleaning, checking operation). Plumbing works (fix leaks, replace taps, repair toilet flushing). Carpentry & handyman skills (door knobs, hinges, shelves). Basic painting, patching and minor masonry works. Preventive maintenance for building equipment. Able to read simple wiring diagrams. Able to use basic tools (multimeter, drill, grinder, etc.) Good communication and teamwork. Willing to work overtime, on standby or during weekends when required. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Possess a valid driving licence (D or B2). Physically fit (can climb ladder, carry tools). Willing to travel between sites (for retail chains or multi-site operations). Willing to travel OR relocate

to Bandar Bukit Raja 2 in mid 2025.
