Technical and operational requirements

a) Repair and replace faults such as lighting and plumbing.

b) Maintenance of facilities such as

air-cond

Repair and perform maintenance work on plant-wide facilities such as Air-Cond, air compressor and etc. Perform plant-wide housekeeping, including external grounds and peripheral surroundings. Only work with internal customer to install, repair and maintain plant facilities when required by superior. Carry out routine preventive maintenance of plant machineries and facilities according to checklist as well as instruction from superior. To ensure all facilities equipment and supply in good condition at all time and safe to use by employee after buyoff by superior. Monitor cleaning activities of building. Perform plumbing work for building. Inspect and service the firefighting equipment. Setup and maintain / repair network cable for whole factory including tester, office and production. This task will carry out under supervision of direct supervisor. Standby for ad hoc work during midnight call. Cooperate with facilities engineer, supervisor and manager.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
