PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, plumbing and
- Execute preventive maintenance programs, respond to
- Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor
- Operate forklifts for general facility material handling and
- Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with
- Support common area systems and office equipment
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate/SKMM/MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems
- Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience
- Valid Forklift Operator License (DOSH-certified)
- Certified Lifting Supervisor (CLS) Certification, for one
KEY SKILLS
- HVAC systems troubleshooting and optimization
- Mechanical systems maintenance
- Safe forklift operation and material handling procedures
- Lifting operations planning, risk assessment, and supervision
- Vendor/contractor coordination and supervision
