We are looking for a reliable and skilled Facility Technician to join our team. The Facility Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance tasks on equipment, electrical, and other facility infrastructure. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues that may need repairs or upgrades. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist with facility-related projects, including setup, modifications, or improvements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs. To attend to all facility issues raised within stipulated time To assist and advise the outsource supervisor on issues related to security and safety
Requirements :

Nationality : Malaysian Possesses Polytechnic / Vocational or its equivalent Knowledgeable in Air Conditioning / Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV) @ Electrical / Medical Gas / others Pleasant attitude, good interpersonal and communications skills Well-organised & have the ability to priorities task Able to work as a team & good self-discipline
