Job Description

s:

Performs a variety of service work in mechanical, electrical, building and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures Perform operational, preventive maintenance tasks and corrective work as instructed and in accordance with written orders. Monitor contractors engaged by the company for maintenance or installation works. Comply with company rules and regulations and adhered to company standards. Support other divisions or any special assignment given by supervisor. Ensure that the building is always maintained to a high standard. Maintain the stock levels of all general maintenance kit. To ensure no violation of safety, environment & legal issues in his area of responsibility. To ensure no loss time to customer due to critical equipment failure To ensure all out-of-hours emergencies and safety concerns are responded immediately at all times. Others duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time
Job Requirements:

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job Minimum education level is SPM Minimum 2 years of related working experience Able to perform duties independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
