DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You are required to perform the duties and responsibilities related to your position at any division department or section in the company or within the group of companies. Facility Technician 1. Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance such as forklift maintenance and machinery maintenance. 2. Perform the compressor service and maintain the compressor performance such as air filter, service kit, safety valve and air pressure discharge. 3. Performs routine daily inspections of assigned buildings and spaces such as piping system, structure of building, ducting and so on. 4. Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of electrical such as breakout or Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) / Distribution Board (DB) trips and wiring. 5. Maintain the firefighting equipment in good condition such as fire extinguisher, hose reel, hydrant, break glass, fire alarm and pump house. 6. Support to manage the scheduled waste management such as waste inventory, waste collection and waste disposal. 7. Work with vendors on company facility equipment repairing / servicing 8. Supporting new plant projects.
