Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Patrol and inspect power supply system and HVAC system in data center. 2. Perform preventative maintenance on data center according to schedule and ensure effective working of electromechanical building systems. 3. Respond and deal with emergency events in daily operation. 4. Administer the BMS system and respond to alerts. 5. Fill in the operation records, maintenance records, accident handling records and shift handover records. 6. Handle routine alarms and faults of power supply and distribution devices and HVAC systems. 7. Maintain the environment cleanliness and temperature and humidity. 8. Manage the safety appliances and instrumentation tools. 9. Assist the shift leader to execute the customer\'s power supply request. 10. Properly compile and maintain data center equipment files and records. 11. Ensure all the compliance of all regulatory laws and company guidelines are met. Qualifications: 1. Professional trade certificate (ACMV- Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing or Building services related) with min.2 to 5 years relevant experience in Data center industry or Hi-tech facilities/factory/plant. 2. Diploma or Higher in Electrical, Mechanical or ELV subject. 3. At least 2 years related working experience, candidate with more experiences will be considered for a senior position.
