Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs. Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenditures. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities. Support campus events by setting up and dismantling equipment and furniture. Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in accordance with environmental standards. Train and supervise junior maintenance staff and interns. Report major issues and recommendations to the management team. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Assist in planning and executing renovation and improvement projects. Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas including parking lots and walkways. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards. Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs. Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability practices are followed. Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning. Provide monthly reports on maintenance performance and improvements.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian citizen only. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English. Minimum SPM or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field. At least minimum of 02 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
