Job Decription: - Track and monitor daily production processes and ensure they follow given specifications Improve manufacturing processes by performing comprehensive evaluation of processes, materials and equipment - Ensure consistent high quality products by regularly inspecting and monitoring production processes to determine optimal orders and method of operations - Troubleshoot problems systematically and implement changes as required - Schedule and coordinate projects to align with deadlines and budgets - Supervise and direct all the workers on their responsibilities - Overall man power management Job Requirement: - Candidates must possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical Engineering. - Fresh graduate will be accepted - Preferable 20-30 years old - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Good team working skills - Willing to work in shift (if required) -Able to start work immediately - Application must be willing to work in Bentong, Pahang. (40 minutes from Kuala Lumpur) - Hostel provided for outstation candidate COMPANY
