Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 8,000 Per Month

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar leadership role within the aluminium, window, or construction-related trade.

Strong technical knowledge of aluminium fabrication, glass works, and installation processes.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with solid organizational and planning abilities.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is an added advantage.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation.

Lead the manufacturing of aluminium doors, windows, and related products to meet strict quality standards.

Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and optimize material utilization.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Site Measurement and Installation Teams to align factory output with project timelines.

Train, supervise, and motivate factory staff to achieve peak performance.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with Procurement and Project Teams on stock and material requirements.

Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and updates for management.
