Kelayakan

• Strong understanding of fire-rated door construction, materials, and hardware (steel, wood, composite, intumescent seals).
• Experience with CNC machinery, powder coating, and automated assembly lines is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP systems and production planning tools
• at least 3-5 years experiences in manufacturing (3 years in supervisory or managerial role)

Tanggungjawab

• Plan, organize, and control all manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
• Optimize workflow and minimize downtime by coordinating machinery maintenance and material supply.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Supervise production engineers, supervisors, and staff.
• Conduct training on fire door manufacturing standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor stock levels for raw materials like steel sheets, timber, fire cores, intumescent seals, and hardware.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Lead and manage production lines to ensure daily targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
• Provide hands-on leadership to line supervisors, operators, and technicians, fostering teamwork and accountability.
