Responsibilities:
Ensuring factory workers are doing their jobs in qualified manner
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Identify and resolve any production issues.
Ensuring production schedule is in order and manufactured goods are produced accordingly
Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Qualification:
At least 3 years of experience
Strong commanding personality
Ability to showcase ways to resolve factory issues
Malaysian
Fully Vaccinated

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
