Factory Manager with Industry-leading Agrochemical Company in Ipoh Your new company Your new company is an industry-leading manufacturing company based in Ipoh. Your new role You will be based in Ipoh factory and be the Head of the Factory, reporting to the MD of the company directly. You will take care of the whole operations, from production, quality, logistics and planning part of it and setting the structure in place. You are expected to be hands-on and managing a team of around 20 people. What you\'ll need to succeed Experienced in market on all different departments of operations (including but not limited to production, planning, logistics etc) Ideally come from a background of starting career in production line Experienced with safety, environment, preferably experienced with ISO 9001 Experienced in chemical factory Experienced in dealing with DOSH is an added advantage Preferably have experience in managing production, quality, warehouse, safety and logistics department. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
