Job description
My client is a Global Wastewater treatment EPC company. They are looking for a Factory/ Production Supervisor to be based in their factory in Johor, to manufacture the equipment needed for their projects.
- Verify that the production processes adhere to both AFC drawings and the specified quality standards.
- Hands-on on the production floor, ensuring that equipment is produced according to schedule.
- Assess the necessary manpower for production and project execution.
- Guarantee timely project completion, adhering to the scheduled delivery date and preventing any delays.
- Inspiring, assisting, and offering direction to the production team.
- Diploma/ degree in Mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- Preferably from the wastewater or water treatment industry/ oil and gas equipment manufacturing/ metals industry.
- Hands-on welding experience on production floor.
- Experienced team leader
