A growing manufacturing and recycling company is seeking a dedicated

Factory Supervisor

to oversee daily factory operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain safety standards, and support consistent output quality. This role is essential in maintaining smooth production flow and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.

The position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, hands-on factory experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and maintenance teams to meet production schedules. Monitor production performance, manpower allocation, and machine usage. Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times. Conduct daily briefings and provide clear instructions to operators and production staff. Troubleshoot operational issues and provide corrective action to minimize downtime. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Prepare basic operational reports and update supervisors/management on production progress.

Requirements

Experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple teams and handle fast-paced environments. Willing to work in

on-site. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork. Ability to identify operational issues and propose solutions. Physically able to supervise production floor activities.
