Role Overview

The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role plays a key part in coordinating teams, optimizing workflow, and maintaining a productive and safe working environment while supporting the company's overall operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Ensure production schedules and targets are met on time. Coordinate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor machine performance and arrange timely maintenance when required. Enforce workplace safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects. Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and discipline. Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management review. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a manufacturing or production supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety standards. Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
