:
Responsible on daily performance of waste water treatment plant by ensuring the critical parameters comply to the DOE standard.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the Effluent Treatment Plant including unscheduled maintenance.
Operating sludge dewatering units such as filter press/belt press and do packaging and weighing.
Perform troubleshooting of effluent treatment plant operations in the event of process upsets.
Maintain communications with the Facility Engineer regarding the treatment process and malfunctions, as well as make recommendations for repairs and improvements to the systems.
Maintain housekeeping of E.T.P and its surroundings.
Comply and follow all ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards and procedure.
Adhere to all OSH regulations.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
Job Requirement:
Certificate / Diploma from Technical College.
SPM qualification and at least score pass on Mathematics and Science.
2 years of hands on waste water treatment plant experiences in manufacturing field or equivalent.
Knowledge in Industrial Effluent Treatment Processes is an added advantage.
