JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise the production process and formulate a comprehensive production schedule. Drive cost-effective production practices to enhance overall efficiency. Effectively manage and assess resources including manpower, striving for productivity, minimal wastage, and reduced downtime. Implement strategies to cut expenses and boost productivity across all product lines. Enforce adherence to industry-standard health and safety guidelines among all employees. Establish ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel. Estimate costs and establish quality standards for optimal performance. Monitor production processes, adjusting schedules as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Take charge of equipment selection, maintenance, and schedule regular inspections. Implement quality control programs to uphold product standards. Collaborate across departments to implement company policies and goals. Communicate any issues or obstacles to senior management for resolution. Develop workflow policies to enhance speed and efficiency without compromising safety or product integrity. Facilitate new product development initiatives. Create employee schedules to ensure optimum staffing levels. Stay abreast of new technologies and strategies, implementing, monitoring, and improving manufacturing processes and communicating updates to subordinates. Ensure all products adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to prevent defects. Accountability for the effective management, utilization and deployment of resource, assets, processes and various systems to achieve production targets and consistent with safety, quality and cost expectations. Providing guidance, leadership and collaboration with cross functional teams to resolve issues, to drive efficiency, capabilities growth and best practice. Developing your people by providing mentoring, coaching and provide guidance to all employees while conducting performance reviews. Nurturing your team culture in line with the department culture and our value Establishing and maintaining open, effective communication mechanisms within the workplace that will enhance relationships, productivity and supports achievement of positive workplace culture. Empower and promote positive self-development among subordinates. Prepare comprehensive monthly production reports for management review.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Field and /or Quality Management System preferable in manufacturing environment. Knowledge in quality audit and internal audit within the management system is added advantage. Good command in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to speak/read/write in Mandarin Good communication and problem-solving skills. Independent self-starter, able to interact with all levels of personnel. Good leadership. Able to provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to your team member.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
