This outstanding opportunity allows you to contribute to world-class innovation in memory and storage solutions, transforming information into intelligence.What You Will Do:

• Perform flawless Failure Analysis (FA) on Micron products, collaborating strictly with manufacturing and development teams to determine the hypothesis and root cause identification.
• Analyze failure reports and successfully implement corrective actions to ensure continued excellence.
• Develop new FA methods, best-known methods (BKMs), procedures, processes, and tools to improve the FA process.
• Mentor and assist technicians in verification of FA findings and develop their problem-solving skills, encouraging a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the upkeep and performance of lab equipment to maintain world-class standards.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to support the teamxe2x80x99s objectives.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree, Masterxe2x80x99s degree, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, or Material Science.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in the FA field or a relevant analytical lab.
• Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with FA tools and techniques, including parallel lapping and cross sectioning, curve tracing and micro probing, optical microscopes, PEM, chemical de-capsulation, SEM, EDS, and FIB cross section.
