Analyze failure reports and successfully implement corrective actions to ensure continued excellence. Develop new FA methods, best-known methods (BKMs), procedures, processes, and tools to improve the FA process. Mentor and assist technicians in verification of FA findings and develop their problem-solving skills, encouraging a collaborative environment. Ensure the upkeep and performance of lab equipment to maintain world-class standards. Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives. Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, or Material Science. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the FA field or a relevant analytical lab. Proficiency with FA tools and techniques, including parallel lapping and cross sectioning, curve tracing and micro probing, optical microscopes, PEM, chemical de-capsulation, SEM, EDS, and FIB cross section.
