Job Description

1.0 Responsibilities
? Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the issue

? Provide feedback with sustainable solutions for corrective actions
? Seek automation and improvement opportunities for equipment
? Conduct routine checks on systems to avoid failures
? Write failure analysis reports with a clear conclusion
? Participate in design reviews, establish quality requirements for new products based on previous experience
? Use tools of DOE, Problem Analysis, SPC, and other problem solving techniques to improve internal quality
? Improve Reliability of Hearing aid products
? Familiar with the Eight Disciplines (8D) problem-solving process
? Understand MOS devices and processes uses in memory chip fabrication
? Experience with electrical measurement on the chip level, including micro probing to isolate and characterize on-chip faults
? Experience with FA tools such as OBIRCH, emission, SEM, polisher, chemical
? Understanding of memory product operation

2.0 Job Requirement
? Education : A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience : 3-6 years

? Other requirements :
? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
? Proficiency in database management and reporting
? Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions and assembly print ? Exceptional technical analysis skills
? Familiarity with risk analysis (failure rates/times)
? Strong attention to detail
? Work well under pressure
? Ability to meet strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
